Return and Refund Policy
At Woodruff Store, we want you to feel confident when purchasing wooden furniture and home accessories from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our online store.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and free from scratches, dents, stains, odors, water marks, installation marks, or signs of wear.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, protective materials, manuals, accessories, screws, fittings, and all included parts.
- The product must not have been assembled, modified, repaired, painted, stained, cut, drilled, or damaged after delivery.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Furniture that has been assembled, used, damaged, modified, or installed.
- Products with missing packaging, missing parts, missing hardware, or damaged accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect assembly, improper handling, water exposure, impact, incorrect storage, or accidental damage.
- Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially modified items.
- Clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, digital products, or promotional products marked as non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@woodruffstore.com with your order number, full name, product name, and reason for the return.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible. Please do not send any product back before receiving return authorization from Woodruff Store.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, express shipping fees, oversized delivery charges, and additional delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Woodruff Store.
For furniture items, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Woodruff Store is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit before they are received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@woodruffstore.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue, the product, the packaging, and any damaged parts. After review, we may offer a replacement part, replacement product, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, color, finish, model, or size, please return the eligible product and place a new order through our store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@woodruffstore.com. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
